UI Developer Lead

We’re looking for a UI Developer Lead to join our team and lead the development of modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript, a solid understanding of UI architecture and design patterns, and the ability to guide other developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to front-end developers, including code reviews, technical discussions, and best practices.

- Design and develop reusable, scalable UI components and front-end architecture.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, business analysts, and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

- Establish and maintain front-end coding standards, development practices, and technical documentation.

- Troubleshoot complex UI and integration issues and provide technical solutions.

- Collaborate with backend teams on REST API integration and application architecture.

- Support production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and development planning.

- Mentor junior and intermediate developers and help improve the overall technical capabilities of the team.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development, with experience taking a technical leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.

- Experience with:

- Angular 19

- TypeScript 5.8+ and strict mode

- NgRx and RxJS

- Ionic and Capacitor

- SCSS and Design Tokens

- Jest

- Webpack / Module Federation
