Stantec Project Manager - Community Development

Job Description

Become a key player at Stantec as a Project Manager focusing on community development in London. Manage high-complexity projects while nurturing your team and expanding business opportunities.

This position is centered on leading all project phases from business development to post-construction. You’ll work alongside a team of specialists to ensure timely delivery, resource optimization, and quality output. Your ability to foster professional relationships and maintain thorough project documentation will be crucial to your success in this engaging role.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee multiple large land development projects simultaneously • Lead and develop a cohesive engineering team • Manage design and delivery of civil engineering tasks • Conduct quality assurance and design reviews • Participate in business development and marketing efforts

Requirements: • Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience • Professional Engineer designation in Ontario is advantageous • Strong presentation and communication skills • Experienced in using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Civil 3D preferred
