Become a driving force for CoLab as a Technical Engineer focused on AI solutions for enterprise customers. Your mechanical engineering expertise will help redefine workflows and optimize design feedback.

This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer who thrives in complex environments, collaborating closely with customers to solve technical challenges. Working with a forward-deployed team, you will engage with enterprise-level mechanical engineering organizations, implementing new CoLab workflows and optimizing the use of AI tools like AutoReview. Your problem-solving skills will help streamline integration across PLM, ERP, and QMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed with enterprise customers to optimize CoLab usage

• Investigate and resolve engineering data challenges

• Partner with a cross-functional team on new workflows

• Collaborate with product teams to enhance features

• Build technical documentation and repeatable frameworks

Requirements:

• Background in mechanical design engineering

• Strong understanding of PLM systems

• Proven ability to lead technical projects

• Experience resolving issues with customers

• Excellent written communication skills
