Job Description

This position entails providing day-to-day support through the use of positive role modeling while upholding a strength-based framework. By fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring a safe environment, you will play an integral role in helping participants achieve their personal goals and navigate complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure comprehensive administrative files are maintained • Support participants with goal-oriented services • Engage individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle choices • Communicate important updates with team members • Preserve program cleanliness and safety

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in human services preferred • Background in residential or therapeutic programs • Knowledge about mental health and recovery paths • Excellent communication and crisis intervention skills • Current first aid and CPR certification required
