Job Description

Enhance maintenance operations at Tomlinson as the Fleet Coordinator. Manage scheduling and repairs for CVOR vehicles effectively while prioritizing customer service.

In this critical role, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee multiple aspects of maintenance coordination. Your tasks will include creating accurate work orders, ensuring timely completion of inspections, and optimizing technician productivity. Strong analytical skills will help identify high-cost items and enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and track maintenance work orders efficiently

• Monitor scheduling of safety inspections and repairs

• Prioritize requests to reduce vehicle downtime

• Input data into SAP and maintain accurate records

• Manage parts inventories for garage operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with SAP and Office software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
