Operations Manager for Security Centre

Job Description

Manage operational excellence at Paladin Security’s Integrated Guarding Operations Centre. This full-time Operations Manager role focuses on staff leadership, performance improvement, and service delivery.

Paladin Security is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee its National Integrated Guarding Operations Centre. You'll be responsible for daily operations, staff development, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Collaborate closely with various teams to analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Operations Centre personnel and performance

• Maintain working knowledge of security technologies

• Develop training documents and update response protocols

• Lead performance reviews and operational meetings

• Track and improve key service metrics efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within security operations

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong capability in KPI management and reporting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Preferred education in Business or Security Management
