You will analyze production performance, streamline operations, and collaborate with various teams to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production performance metrics for informed decisions

• Collaborate with Finance and Safety teams to identify improvements

• Own production initiatives from planning through execution

• Utilize CAD for designing effective production layouts

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields

• Over 3 years’ experience in production environments

• Skilled in CAD software and Lean tools

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
