Job Description

Lead innovation in assurance with BDO as an AI Scientist & Engineer, focusing on transforming operational workflows using AI and machine learning technologies in a hybrid environment. Leverage your skills to amplify the impact of assurance initiatives.

This unique position in BDO's Assurance Innovation Lab combines hands-on engineering with advanced data science techniques. You will work closely with technical teams to design AI frameworks, build machine learning models, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. Your work will directly influence how BDO modernizes business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and optimize AI models for assurance solutions

• Develop and implement data pipelines and integration frameworks

• Collaborate on AI-driven business transformation efforts

• Experiment with emerging technologies in the assurance space

• Validate and scale successful AI initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in AI and machine learning

• Expert Python programming and familiarity with other languages

• Strong background in AI frameworks and platforms

• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools

• Deep understanding of architectural patterns in AI
