Job Description

Fluor is hiring a Control Systems Design Supervisor to lead project designers and drive innovative engineering solutions within a globally recognized team.

In this influential role at Fluor, you will supervise project designers while embracing the challenge of developing efficient project solutions. With a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability, your expertise will help navigate complex problems in project execution, ensuring quality standards are met throughout. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide project design teams

• Develop estimates, schedules, and workforce forecasts

• Analyze material quantities and provide necessary forecasts

• Develop and review technical specifications

• Participate in procurement and subcontracting activities

Requirements:

• Two-year accredited degree or equivalent; 20 years experience

• 10 years in EPC or EPCM settings required

• Preferred experience in instrumentation fields

• Familiarity with MicroStation and SmartPlant Instrumentation

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
