Job Description

Step into the role of Data Modeller at Clio and support the transformation of legal technologies through data. This hybrid position is available in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

As a member of the Business Operations Team, your mission will revolve around creating reliable and scalable data models that enhance the decision-making capabilities of teams across Clio. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business needs and ensure data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain scalable data models for analytics • Collaborate with teams to translate business queries into datasets • Monitor data quality through validation and testing • Establish data modeling standards and governance practices • Utilize AI tools for efficient data modeling

Requirements: • 2-4 years of data modeling experience, particularly in SaaS • Deep SQL skills with experience in data warehouses • Knowledge of cloud-based data frameworks and dimensional modeling • Hands-on experience with dbt is a plus • Ability to connect business requirements with technical execution
