Job Description

Become a vital part of our production team as a Full-Time Roll Forming Operator, focusing on quality and efficiency in manufacturing. This role demands mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in an industrial environment.

The position calls for a dedicated operator to manage the complete roll-forming process, from coil loading to quality checks. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in roll forming or metal fabrication, with strong abilities in machine operation and adjustments. Forklift operation experience is essential for safely managing materials.

Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently operate and modify roll-forming lines • Troubleshoot and correct machine alignment and tooling issues • Load and verify coils before commencing production • Perform custom production runs as needed • Execute quality checks on first articles and ongoing products

Requirements: • 3-5 years in roll forming or metal fabrication • Proficient in setup and diagnostics of machinery • Forklift operation experience required • Ability to read job sheets and blueprints accurately • Physically able to manage steel coils
