Pharmaceutical Process Modelling Expert

Job Description

Elevate your career as a Process Modeller at Basetwo, where you will interface with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. Your role will focus on developing sophisticated models to enhance manufacturing processes using AI technology.

Basetwo is seeking a Process Modeller to significantly contribute to our advanced process simulation engine. The individual will develop mathematical models to solve unique challenges in pharmaceuticals and biologics manufacturing. You'll work intimately with customer teams and contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at refining our product features based on user input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer SMEs to define modeling requirements

• Develop and validate tailored mathematical models for bioprocesses

• Influence product development with insights on simulation solutions

• Lead efforts in advocating best practices in modeling

• Document all research activities and model designs effectively

Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering with 1-4 years of experience

• Proficient in metabolic flux analysis or dFBA methodologies

• Strong foundation in chemical kinetics and thermodynamics

• Skilled in Python with a focus on scientific applications

• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary research projects
