Join WSP as an Expert Signalling Engineer focusing on innovative rail systems. This role emphasizes technical leadership and collaboration to enhance rail safety and reliability.

As a Senior Signalling Engineer in Rail & Transit, you will be a key member of WSP’s dynamic team. Your role will include leading projects, analyzing signalling designs, and mentoring future talent. You'll collaborate with various specialists and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of complex rail signalling solutions in line with Canadian standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze advanced signalling systems

• Prepare comprehensive design and procurement documents

• Review and check designs by other engineers

• Engage clients on technical issues for successful project outcomes

• Motivate junior staff and manage project expectations

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in railway signalling

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible

• Proficient in AutoCAD and related CAD software

• Knowledge of railway standards and regulations

• Experience in programming signaling systems
