We're looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead with a strong Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy background to drive enterprise data governance initiatives. Lead enterprise Data Governance and MDM strategy initiatives. Define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models. Establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes. Develop MDM standards, golden records, matching, and survivorship rules. Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams. Mandatory Skills

Data Governance SQL MDM Platforms (Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Atlan, Alation, SAP MDG, or Ataccama) Requirements

8+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, or Data Management. 3+ years leading enterprise governance or MDM initiatives. Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models. Strong MDM strategy and platform experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
