Onsite Product Development Coordinator

Job Description

Elevate your career in the beauty industry as an Onsite Product Development Coordinator in Vancouver, focusing on cosmetic formulations. This is a 32-hour, four-day week role.

Your core responsibilities will include conducting internal and external testing of cosmetic products, alongside supporting the innovation team with market research and analysis. Overseeing the coordination of sample logistics and testing supplies, you will ensure every project is on track and meets safety standards. Your valuable insights and organizational skills will assist in shaping product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document internal testing of formulations

• Coordinate logistical needs for third-party testing

• Plan and execute consumer focus groups and surveys

• Manage testing supplies to maintain proper inventory

• Summarize research findings for the innovation team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science or similar

• 1-2 years in R&D or product development projects

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Strong organizational and problem-resolution skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
