Expert Test Lead for Software Testing

Job Description

Become an Expert Test Lead dedicated to enhancing software quality and advancing our testing practices. Utilize both your manual testing know-how and Agile experience to shape our testing strategies.

We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to collaborate closely with product managers and technical teams. By developing effective test strategies and executing a variety of testing types, you will ensure the software meets high-quality standards. Your role is critical in maintaining smooth communication of test results and ensuring defect resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of test strategies and plans

• Execute integration, functional, and regression testing

• Manage defects and issues effectively in Azure DevOps

• Assist in creating and organizing testing artifacts

• Conduct testing validation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language

• Experience in test automation and scripting environments

• Knowledge of AODA testing principles

• Experience with cloud platforms and Agile frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Lead efforts in quality assurance and testing to help elevate our software solutions.
