Transform the homebuilding landscape as a Construction Project Manager with Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. in Etobicoke & Mississauga, Ontario. Lead multi-family residential projects on time and budget.

Stelumar seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations and project management within Stelumar Communities. This full-time, permanent role requires strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven track record in successfully managing residential construction projects. You will take charge of project estimates, costing, and contract negotiations while reinforcing company processes at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure adherence to budget

• Develop and maintain project cost plans and schedules

• Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance

• Conduct design development and execute value engineering initiatives

• Implement quality assurance and control programs across projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field

• 7+ years leading residential or commercial construction projects

• In-depth knowledge of pre-fabricated construction methodologies

• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and safety legislation

• Valid Class G driver’s license for job site travel
