Technical Writer - Information Security Focus

Job Description

Drive compliance and trust as an Information Security Trust and Compliance Specialist with Flight Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Use your technical writing acumen to address customer security questionnaires and enhance our information security governance.

As a key member of the team, you will facilitate collaboration among security and technical teams, helping to gather accurate information for RFPs and RFIs. Your expertise will contribute to responding effectively during the customer lifecycle and managing sensitive data securely. This full-time role focuses on fostering relationships and ensuring the quality of security content.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage responses to client security questionnaires • Collaborate with third-party providers for technical queries • Support development of compliance reports • Maintain trust and compliance documentation • Create visual content to clarify responses

Requirements: • 2+ years of technical writing experience • Understanding of information security principles • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in producing charts and diagrams for documentation
