Step into a postdoc role at Sonus Microsystems, specializing in microfabrication and prototyping for advanced ultrasound technologies. Contribute to pioneering polymer MEMS innovations in a collaborative lab environment.

We are searching for a skilled researcher with hands-on expertise in cleanroom practices and MEMS fundamentals to enhance our R&D team. Your role will involve fabricating and characterizing novel ultrasound transducers, fostering innovation in medical diagnostics. You’ll be integral in executing experimental plans and refining manufacturing protocols to meet our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fabrication processes for polymer MEMS devices

• Ensure compliance with cleanroom operational procedures

• Iterate prototypes using specialized tools and techniques

• Perform detailed electrical and acoustic measurements

• Provide insights for continuous improvement in design

Requirements:

• PhD in Engineering or related field

• Hands-on experience in microfabrication and MEMS

• Proven capability in prototype development and testing
