As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking an

Electrical Engineer

who wishes to join a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects that will help shape the built environment of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities As an

Electrical Engineer , you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design through commissioning.

Design and coordinate electrical systems for buildings and complex infrastructure projects;

Perform engineering calculations required for the sizing and performance of electrical installations;

Prepare, review, and approve plans, specifications, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation;

Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations;

Collaborate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and construction teams to ensure optimal systems integration;

Participate in site surveys, construction site visits, and coordination meetings;

Review shop drawings, change requests, and equivalency proposals;

Identify technical challenges and recommend solutions aligned with project objectives;

Mentor and support technicians and Engineers-in-Training (EITs);

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and technological tools.

Profile Sought

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;

Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);

Experience designing electrical systems for buildings or infrastructure projects;

Strong knowledge of applicable Quebec codes and standards;

Proficiency with design and coordination tools such as Revit;

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;

Collaborative mindset, autonomy, and sound professional judgment;

Strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and value-added projects.

Compensation A compensation package aligned with your responsibilities and experience:

$80,000 to $130,000 , complemented by a comprehensive range of competitive benefits.
