Jobber is seeking a Manager of Data Engineering to guide a team of engineers in creating efficient workflows and driving real impact. You will collaborate with various teams, oversee quality deliverables, and partner with technical leadership to enhance data infrastructure. This hands-on position supports your growth as you work on real-time data systems and design improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of up to 8 engineers

• Define strategies and roadmaps for data infrastructure

• Ensure high-quality deliverables across platforms

• Shape technical decisions and conduct code reviews

• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing engineering teams

• 4+ years in software or data engineering

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data systems

• Proven ability to build highly available systems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
