Job Description

Stantec is seeking a Project Engineer for their Western Canadian Power Delivery team. In this full-time role, you will manage project scope, schedule, and budget for HV/EHV AC and DC substations. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver efficient and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project scope and budget

• Identify and manage technical project risks

• Lead internal engineering teams and coordinate tasks

• Develop technical documents like specifications and drawings

• Assist in preparing comprehensive project proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of substations and related disciplines

• Effective communication skills for diverse interactions

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required
