Contract System Administrator for Data Centers

Job Description

Enhance your career as a contract System Administrator in a robust data center setting. The focus is on maintaining Windows and VMware systems in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a seasoned System Administrator with 5-10 years of experience, holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field. This role demands hands-on expertise in Windows Server environments and VMware ESXi management. Your responsibilities will include administering Active Directory, DNS, and other critical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the Windows Server infrastructure

• Execute regular OS patching and service upgrades

• Provide ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization

• Monitor the data center environment efficiently

• Work cohesively with ITSM for outage notifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technology field

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Outstanding attention to detail
