Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, procedures, and standards to ensure effective cost management

Coordinate the implementation of the EcoSys cost control tool, including user training and ongoing support

Track, analyze, and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts, including preparation of monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and dashboards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, accruals, and cash flow projections

Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and procurement teams to update forecasts, evaluate change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoices, monitoring accruals, and providing cost-related insights

Participate in project meetings to provide project controls updates and ensure compliance with internal project controls standards

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environmentExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of Excel, Aconex Cost, Primavera P6, Power BIProficiency in project controls software in EcosysStrong understanding of project controls, cost allocation, and financial risk managementBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related fieldMin 1 year of experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects
