Bondi Produce Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Description

Become an integral part of Bondi Produce & Specialty Foods as an Inventory Control Supervisor. Lead a team dedicated to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in warehouse inventory management.

As a full-time supervisor, this role requires a keen understanding of inventory control and management systems. You will oversee daily operations, implement improvements, and provide training for your team to optimize performance. Your efforts will help sustain quality levels demanded by leading chefs and restaurateurs throughout Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inventory operations and audits

• Conduct training and mentoring for staff

• Verify product locations and reconcile variances

• Maintain accurate records within ERP/WMS systems

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse supervision

• Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies

• Effective leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capacity to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
