In this role, you will own the complete development lifecycle of our financial empowerment platform features. Leveraging your 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience, you will design, build, and maintain critical web and mobile applications. Collaborate across teams to tackle engineering challenges and deliver high-quality solutions that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of application features

• Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges

• Integrate and maintain essential third-party services

• Collaborate cross-functionally for feature development

• Conduct code reviews to foster team growth

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Ruby on Rails development

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React

• Strong skills in SQL and data analysis
