Senior Client Relationship Manager Role

Job Description

Cognizant is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the Banking & Financial Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on managing relationships and delivering optimal client experiences.

As a CRM at Cognizant, you will utilize over a decade of experience in consulting or IT professional services, managing accounts with P&L responsibilities exceeding $25 million. Your role involves developing trust, understanding client needs, and leading project teams to deliver effective solutions. You will also track industry trends to provide proactive insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholder contacts

• Define client challenges and suggest strategic solutions

• Oversee responses to RFPs and bids for expansions

• Manage P&L and growth related to client accounts

• Facilitate communication between clients and delivery teams

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in client relationship roles

• Extensive P&L management experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple tasks
