Join IBG as a Creative Studio Manager to streamline and enhance our dynamic creative processes. This hybrid role involves managing projects from conception to delivery within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day studio workflow and ensure project timelines align with business objectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Brand while managing creative resources to deliver high-quality work. Experience with production design and effective communication skills are essential to thrive.

Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end studio workflow across various brands • Intake and prioritize project requests from partners • Maintain and communicate project timelines and schedules • Coordinate resources across design and production teams • Monitor team capacity and flag risks early

Requirements: • 4+ years in a creative agency or in-house studio • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects • Proficient with project management tools like Asana • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Solutions-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
