RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Data Security Automations and Engineering team. You will mentor Senior Security Automation Engineers while establishing performance expectations and providing technical guidance. Prioritize team roadmaps and ensure high-quality incident response automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Senior Security Automation Engineers

• Define technical strategies for SOAR integration and optimization

• Oversee the design and enhancement of incident response playbooks

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with external vendors

• Collaborate with Global Security teams for improved solutions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3 years in management

• Skilled in machine learning models and large language packages

• Proven leadership in technical environments

• Effective communication and mentoring capabilities

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
