Citi is looking for a highly organized Project Manager with a decade of experience in financial services to support the Data Operations Group. Your role will involve managing extensive documentation, ensuring robust project governance, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. You’ll lead the charge in executing enterprise reference data utility projects while applying project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide robust project management support for reference data execution

• Update and prepare governance decks for stakeholders

• Track and maintain project documentation for accuracy

• Monitor project progress and escalate issues timely

• Support smaller initiatives applying PM best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience

• Proven abilities in project governance and reporting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with AI capabilities and referential data

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
