Freshslice Manager - Dynamic Role

Job Description

Lead your Freshslice location as a Store Manager and ensure unrivaled pizza quality and customer service at Canada’s favorite pizza franchise. Your influence helps maintain operational excellence and supports local community initiatives.

This full-time position requires a dedicated manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the Freshslice brand standards. You will be responsible for hiring and training a robust team while ensuring adherence to cost control measures. Community engagement is key to driving sales as you promote Freshslice in local schools and events.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage operations ensuring compliance with Freshslice standards • Recruit, train, and supervise your restaurant team effectively • Ensure food and labor costs align with the budget • Actively promote Freshslice in the surrounding community • Solve operational issues in collaboration with the Head Office

Requirements: • At least 1 year of management experience required • 2 years working in fast food or QSR preferred • Strong English written and verbal skills • Commitment to a minimum 40-hour work week • Entrepreneurial spirit and local residency preferred
