AI Developer (Fully Remote)

Our client is looking for an exceptional

AI Developer

based in

Canada

to join a high-impact, fast-moving engineering team building advanced AI and machine learning solutions.

This is a rare opportunity to work fully remotely while contributing to AI products used across the United States—ideal for someone who wants to push boundaries, experiment with the latest AI tools, and help shape real-world applications.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain

AI-driven software systems

and models

Develop and optimize

machine learning and NLP pipelines , including LLM-based workflows

Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define requirements, design systems, and evaluate architecture

Apply best engineering practices: unit testing, version control, CI/CD, and peer review

Run experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve model performance

Work across APIs, microservices, and cloud environments

Contribute ideas, research, and prototypes that push the boundaries of AI adoption

Required Skills

Solid understanding of

SQL

Ability to read and understand basic

C# / .NET

code (small adjustments only)

Hands-on experience with

LLMs and modern AI tools

(ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

Familiarity with

API integrations

and microservices concepts

Ability to work independently and thrive in a

small, highly agile team

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

5+ years

in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI development

Experience with

cloud platforms

(Azure or AWS)

Familiarity with frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Experience with

ETL processes , end-to-end ML pipelines

Knowledge of big data tools like

Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Solr , etc.
