Experienced ASIC Engineer for Photonic Quantum Computing

Job Description

Contribute to the breakthrough field of quantum computing as an Experienced ASIC Engineer at Xanadu. Focus on designing high-speed analog circuits for advanced photonic systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal ASIC design, with at least 5 years of professional experience. You will manage your designs from initial concept through to tape-out and performance testing, ensuring they meet high-speed and high-voltage specifications. Cross-functional collaboration will be key to the integration of your work into larger systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design, simulation, and layout of advanced circuits

• Drive the process from design to production tape-out

• Execute testing and characterization of your designs

• Collaborate across teams on project integration tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in analog or mixed-signal design

• Demonstrated success from concept to tested silicon

• Expertise in high-speed and high-voltage circuitry

• Broad experience with various semiconductor processes

• Familiarity with EDA tools, particularly in Cadence
