Job Description

Join Toronto Community Housing as the Elevator Program Manager to enhance elevator operations and safety. In this hybrid position, you'll be pivotal in ensuring effective service delivery across the organization.

This full-time permanent role encompasses managing elevator maintenance and overseeing construction projects to meet diverse community needs. You will engage with internal and external partners, developing strategies to optimize service efficiency while adhering to compliance standards. Your expertise will directly impact operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with stakeholders for effective service implementation

• Lead complex contract management and resolve service issues

• Assess and approve invoices and budget plans

• Collaborate closely with internal teams on corporate standards

• Develop scope and tendering strategies for projects

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years in a relevant technical field

• Diploma in a related technical area or equivalent experience

• Leadership experience in a unionized context

• TSSA certificate (A, F, or C)

• Strong customer service and communication skills
