D-Wave Electromechanical Assembler III Role

Job Description

Join D-Wave as an Electromechanical Production Assembler and contribute to revolutionary quantum technology. This position focuses on high-quality assembly of mechanical and electromechanical hardware.

In this dynamic role, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Engineering and Production teams at D-Wave to create, test, and refine innovative quantum computing components. The position requires precision, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to ensure smooth production workflows and device functionality. Bring your hands-on experience in complex assemblies to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble gas handling racks and manifolds accurately

• Perform mechanical modifications and testing

• Use torque and measuring tools for precise assembly

• Communicate effectively about build status

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years in mechanical or electromechanical assembly

• Experience with tubing and instrumentation

• Ability to read engineering diagrams and BOMs

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
