CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr We are looking to hire an Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect to work in a fast-paced dynamic architectural firm specializing in commercial and institutional design. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years experience. Responsibilities

Assist in the development of building design projects. Analyze building codes, site requirements and other technical documents and reports. Create construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, prepare sketches, and outline specifications. Coordinate with other consultants, clients and contractors throughout the project. Contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures. Facilitate design process and coordinate design with other in-house design disciplines. Liaise with approving authorities when producing documentation for regulatory approval. Administer contracts and project certifications. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Architectural Program. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an Architectural firm. Experience with commercial or light industrial projects a strong asset Adhere to strict quality control and drafting standards. Exercise precise time management skills, multitasking cad production on multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines. What we offer
