Join Bird as an Estimating Program Advisor in Winnipeg, MB, and drive excellence in estimating practices using InEight tools. This strategic coaching role enhances team capabilities for accurate cost control and forecasting.

In this position, your expertise in InEight Estimate will empower estimating and project teams to improve their estimating capabilities. You will focus on standardization and best practices, guiding teams to adopt structured approaches and reliable methods that result in high-quality estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert resource for InEight Estimate and Control

• Guide project teams in estimate development and structuring

• Ensure consistent adoption of estimating standards across projects

• Address gaps in estimation practices through training and guidance

• Facilitate better linkages between estimate strategies and project execution

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Direct experience with InEight Estimate is mandatory

• Strong grasp of forecasting and cost control principles
