Systems Administrator, Cloud Solutions

TruPoint is looking for the right person to join our team in Toronto, ON. We are a managed services provider focused on delivering Secure Workspace solutions to customers across Canada.

The right person is customer focused and has broad desktop and server support experience in an MSP or enterprise environment.

We offer work-from-home and work-from-office options but some on-site client and data center support in the GTA is required.

The role in more detail:

Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers

Be available for after-hours support

Help manage Azure and Office 365 environments

Help manage cloud computing infrastructure in Kelowna & Mississauga

Help deploy and maintain cloud workspace solutions (Citrix)

Help deploy and maintain backup services (Veeam)

Assist with Data Center and Network Deployments

Ad hoc projects when required

What you have done to get here:

University Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science

Knowledge of Windows workstations and server systems

Knowledge of networking principles

Knowledge of IT principles, methods, and tools

Knowledge of IT security principles and methods
