Drive security excellence at Shift as an Application Security and DevOps Expert, fully equipped to tackle compliance in our hybrid model. Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists.

You will spearhead initiatives to embed security within every phase of the software development lifecycle at Shift. Your role is vital in identifying and remediating potential security threats through hands-on incident response and proactive measures. Key Responsibilities: • Establish robust security standards and practices • Oversee automation in security testing and monitoring • Lead incident response efforts with agility • Facilitate knowledge transfer on security standards • Conduct audits and manage security strategies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent • 7+ years in security monitoring and incident response • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud application security • Experience with coding and scripting languages • Understanding of cybersecurity threats and attack vectors
