Job Description

Ensure timely project delivery as a Construction Project Coordinator at Ventana Special Projects. Collaborate closely with the project team to manage both business and administrative tasks.

As part of the Special Projects division, you will work with Project Managers and Superintendents, focusing on projects valued at ~$10 million. You will play a key role in maximizing efficiency, controlling costs, and developing solid professional relationships within the construction framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings and documents for potential issues

• Monitor project progress and manage daily construction operations

• Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements confidently

• Communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and the project team

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction coordination

• Familiar with projects valued at ~$10 million

• Expertise in commercial and industrial construction

• Degree in Construction or related field
