Role Overview We are looking for a Technology Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on the systems and software the business relies on.

Your role will include: Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on technology

Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives

Supporting the selection, implementation and day-to-day use of business software

Providing first-line support to staff on systems and tools

Testing changes to systems before they go live

Maintaining system and process documentation

Checking data quality and the accuracy of reporting

Coordinating with software vendors and external providers on issues and upgrades

Identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices

Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics

Required Skills or Experience Undergraduate degree, ideally in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field

Interest in or exposure to technology, systems or data work considered an asset

Comfort with spreadsheets, databases and business software

An aptitude for automating repetitive work

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Professional demeanor with client-centric focus

Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities

Salary and Benefits Discretionary bonus up to 40% based on performance

Position Type Nature: Permanent, Full-time, and in person.

Time Commitment: High-commitment position with the requirement for extensive overtime as needed

Work Location: Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON

Start Date: Immediate
