As the Engineering Lead in Quality, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our member-facing platforms. Utilizing your extensive experience in automation and API-driven testing, you will spearhead the design and implementation of innovative quality solutions. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration as you drive quality-first practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quality engineering plans aligned with business

• Construct scalable validation frameworks incorporating API-first design

• Collaborate with developers for improved testability

• Conduct root cause analyses on production issues

• Promote shift-left quality initiatives within teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software or quality engineering roles

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks

• Background in CI/CD pipeline integration

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing techniques

• Strong analytical skills in quality measurement
