Forklift Operator

Our client is looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to join their team at a manufacturing facility located outside of Lethbridge. This position requires a daily commute of approximately 30 minutes or more, so candidates must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle to be considered.

The successful candidate will safely move, organize, and stack product according to picking lists and work instructions while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

Compensation & Hours: Pay Rate: $21–$26/hour, based on experience

Must be willing and able to commute a minimum of 30 minutes to the worksite

Position Summary: Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize product

Pick and stack product according to work instructions and picking lists

Complete required forklift training and follow established loading procedures

Maintain accurate documentation and basic computer records

Organize product to maximize warehouse and storage space

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Required Qualifications: Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory

Ability and willingness to commute a minimum of 30 minutes each way

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and record keeping

Ability to work in varying temperatures and a physically active environment

Bonus Points For: Valid forklift certification

Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience

Strong mechanical aptitude
