Drive agricultural excellence as a Field Services Coordinator! Engage with farmers in Southern Alberta, delivering impactful programs while supporting their journey in the farming industry.

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with farmers, offering practical solutions and coaching as they navigate critical agricultural programs. Your input will influence food safety and animal welfare initiatives, making a meaningful difference in local farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-farm visits for program assessments

• Foster trusted relationships with local farmers

• Offer targeted coaching on program expectations

• Coordinate testing for food safety and environmental standards

• Elevate field insights to support overall industry practices

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in agriculture or related field

• Passionate about working with the farming community

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Self-directed and enthusiastic about feedback

• Valid Alberta driver’s license for provincial travel
