Join GlobeStar Systems as a Solutions Delivery Engineer I in North York, ON, and leverage your technical skills in healthcare communication. This full-time role emphasizes collaborative implementation using our Connexall platform in a hybrid work environment.

As a vital member of the Solutions Delivery team, your focus will involve the planning and execution of clinical communication solutions. You will facilitate customer satisfaction through your hands-on approach and technical expertise, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring seamless integration of our technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical implementation of Connexall solutions

• Liaise with customers and explain design architecture

• Resolve installation and configuration challenges

• Engage in on-site project launches

• Document and validate system setups effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar

• Ability to implement applications from concept to delivery

• Familiarity with Windows and basic SQL Server operations

• Proven troubleshooting skills in software and hardware

• Commitment to customer-focused support
