Job Description

Drive data integrity as a Database Administrator at Medisca, a global leader in healthcare solutions. You'll manage our SQL Server databases, ensuring accuracy and performance in a hybrid work model.

Medisca is seeking a Database Administrator to maintain and enhance the health of our multi-system databases. This role requires advanced SQL Server skills, including T-SQL optimization, as well as a strong understanding of data architecture and governance. Collaborate across departments to map data flows and ensure compliance, using your expertise to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain performance and accuracy of SQL Server databases • Design data architecture for migrations and integrations • Support data sharing among various platforms • Uphold data quality and compliance standards • Document data flows, configurations, and procedures

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years as a DBA or in data architecture • Strong SQL Server experience and T-SQL skills • Understanding of data stewardship and governance • Experience with database security and HA/DR fundamentals
