Job Description

Take charge of building maintenance with CBRE as a Building Operator, focusing on equipment upkeep and repairs in diverse settings. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and ensure optimal operational functionality.

As a Building Operator for CBRE, you will play a vital role in maintaining small to medium-sized buildings and related systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily inspections, managing preventive maintenance tasks, and responding to tenant requests. You will collaborate closely with various trades, ensuring all repairs meet strict safety and operational standards.
