Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Academy Development Division, you will be responsible for identifying training gaps, implementing programs, and evaluating their success. Your role involves both direct interaction with employees and strategic collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective program alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify employee training needs

• Implement and administer training programs

• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest enhancements

• Support employee application of new skills in their roles

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure program alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or General Management

• 5 years of training coordination experience

• Strong communication skills needed

• Ability to work with various stakeholders

• Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
