CAE Instructor for Sensor Operator Training

As a vital member of the Training Centre Operations at CAE, you'll deliver high-quality training in Fixed-Wing Search & Rescue (FWSAR) operations, utilizing state-of-the-art tools. Your role encompasses developing course material, academic presentations, and evaluating student progress, ensuring adherence to training standards. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about aviation safety, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct academic and practical training for aircrew • Create and develop courseware and instructional aids • Assess and report student progress and challenges • Deliver TACCO training using simulators and devices • Collaborate in multidisciplinary training initiatives

Requirements: • Canadian citizenship or valid work permit • Military experience in ACSO, AESOP, or Air Navigation • Instructional delivery training • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Physically fit to work in confined spaces
