Job Description

Elevate employee training and development with Quantum Lifecycle Partners as a Learning Development Specialist in Brampton, Ontario. This hybrid role involves leadership training, onboarding, and developing impactful learning programs.

At Quantum Lifecycle Partners, a leader in integrated computer asset disposal, the Learning Development Specialist will focus on enhancing employee and leadership capabilities. Collaborating with HR and compliance teams, you will implement and improve training initiatives while ensuring accurate record-keeping. This position fosters a culture of development and engagement across the organization, striving for excellence in all training efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs

• Lead the execution of the Quantum Learning Series

• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs

• Support onboarding and orientation programs

• Track and report on training metrics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Learning & Development or related field

• Post-secondary education in HR or Organizational Development

• Experience with instructional design principles

• Familiarity with LMS or HRIS

• Strong communication and facilitation skills
